The planning has begun for the 2nd Annual Eagle Cup Golf Tournament at White Columns Country Club on Monday, November 5th.  We have many sponsorship opportunities available such as Hole Sponsorships, Beverage Cart, Putting Green and Driving Range Sponsorships.  Also, we are collecting prizes for our Eagle Cup winners, golfer gift bags, and silent auction. Sponsorship packages include opportunities to promote your business through our golf tournament signage, flyers and promotional materials that will be distributed to the AES community.

Consider volunteering your time to the AES Foundation for the 2012-2013 school year.  It's a great time to volunteer for the AES Foundation as we build our plan for the coming years.
We could use your help!

AES Foundation Board meetings are held once a month at 6 p.m.  Volunteers are encouraged to attend either in person or via conference call. 

Open Positions for 2012-2013 School Year 
Vice President: Works closely with President on Foundation initiatives and acts as a liaison to school administration and PTA President.  
Membership Chairperson(s):  Works with Foundation Board to create membership forms and tracking tools.  Attends Open House and Curriculum Night to encourage foundation memberships. 
Golf Tournament Coordinator(s): Main point of contact for annual Eagle Cup Golf Tournament.  This person will coordinate a committee of volunteers that will handle much of the work, but manages the project and coordinates the various committees.
